Taxes included. Shipping calculated at checkout.

Three architects of Japanese pop, on one record.

Originally from 1976 and reissued here in 1981 on Ohtaki's own Niagara label, Niagara Triangle Vol. 1 pairs Eiichi Ohtaki, Tatsuro Yamashita and Ginji Ito at the dawn of what would become city pop — sunlit harmonies, Wall-of-Sound production, and the supporting cast of a generation (Ryuichi Sakamoto, Minako Yoshida, Haruomi Hosono, Shigeru Suzuki among them). Produced by Ohtaki; a cornerstone of the Niagara universe.

Edition & Pressing · Label: Niagara Records 27AH 1242 (Japan, 1981 reissue), manufactured by CBS/Sony · Yellow Niagara label, "Fussa Tokyo" etched · Lyric insert included · Runout: 27AH-1242 A/B

Condition (Goldmine standard, graded separately) · Sleeve: VG — presentable front, but age-toning and foxing / brown spotting across the white areas, honestly disclosed and photographed up close · Media: VG+ — plays through cleanly, only faint surface noise between tracks · Included: LP, lyric insert · Not included: obi (this copy is without obi) · Cleaned on our ultrasonic system before listing

What you see and read is what ships. Flaws are photographed up close.

Cleaning & Care

Every record in this shop is individually cleaned on our ultrasonic cleaning system before it is listed — a deep bath process that lifts dust and residue from the groove itself, beyond what a conventional brush reaches. Each disc is then handled with lint-free wipes.

Sleeve and media are graded separately (Goldmine standard), with honest disclosure of any flaws. What you see and read is what ships.
