Long before Megalo Box, there was Joe Yabuki. Ashita no Joe ran in Weekly Shonen Magazine from 1968 to 1973 and became one of the most influential manga ever drawn.
This poster came folded inside a Japanese magazine as a supplement during the Joe revival of the 1970s. That is why it has a centre fold. I no longer remember which magazine it was, but I do remember how hard it was to get one. Joe stands alone in the spotlight, gloves down, waiting for the bell.
